Every order is shipped through United States Postal Services (USPS). Within 3-5 business days of receipt, orders will be shipped based on the availability of the product. Orders are processed & shipped during business days (Monday-Friday) only. Orders won’t be processed for shipping until the next following business day if placed after 12:00 P.M. EST. Based on geographic location, delivery times may vary. Kindly allow time for production and additional time for delivery.

Please take a picture of the damages and upload it with your email.
